Discreet gated estate approach
WHO WE SERVE — 01

Security for people who are recognizable.

Discreet perimeter work for clients whose address should not be public. Gates that read as architecture, cameras that are not announced, and crews who sign before they see a drawing.

01 — THE THREAT
THE PERSON AT THE GATE ALREADY KNOWS THE ADDRESS.

The threat to a recognizable client is rarely a burglar. It is someone who already has the address — a fan, a former employee, a process server, a photographer with a long lens and a public street to stand on. The perimeter has to make an approach obvious long before it makes contact possible.

So the work runs inward: sightline control at the property line, one credentialed entry, faces at the gate and plates at the curb, and a network that stays up when the power does not. Nothing on the property announces what it is.

02 — WHAT ACTUALLY GOES WRONG
3 PATTERNS

Where it fails on this property type

Repeat approach

The same vehicle at the same hour. Plate capture and event history turn a feeling into a record you can hand to counsel.

Sightlines and lenses

What is visible from the street decides what a lens can take. Screening and grade come before hardware.

Credentials already issued

Staff, contractors and people who no longer work there hold codes. Per-person credentials and instant revocation are the whole answer.

03 — WHAT WE INSTALL
THE STACK

What we install here

01
Ornamental gates built to read as part of the architecture, automated with quiet operators.
02
Screening and grade work at the exposed approaches, so the line is set before anything is mounted.
03
One credentialed entry, expiring codes for service, revocation the day someone leaves.
04
Faces at the gate, plates at the curb, monitored voice-down on the blind approaches.
05
Redundant links and battery backup, so the gate and the cameras do not go dark together.
04 — CODE & COMPLIANCE
3 REQUIREMENTS

Specified up front, not corrected at inspection

Confidentiality

Crews are vetted and under agreement before drawings are shared. No site photos, no address, no listing in our portfolio.

Permits without publicity

Plans are filed by us where filing is required, with the minimum exposure the jurisdiction allows.

Fire and responder access

Emergency entry is specified up front — a gate that delays a responder is a liability, not security.

05 — WHAT DRIVES COST
5 FACTORS

What drives the cost here

Scoped to the property, not a per-unit rate card. These are the factors that move the number, in the order they usually matter.

FACTOR
WHY IT MATTERS
Frontage and approaches
How much property line is exposed, and how many ways a vehicle can reach the house.
Concealment and finish
Hardware that has to disappear into architecture costs more than hardware that is simply mounted.
Camera class and coverage
Faces at the gate and plates at the curb are two different specifications, priced separately.
Network redundancy
A second path and battery backup, so an outage is not an opening.
Ongoing management
We hold the credential list and the camera health so nobody on your staff has to.
06 — COMMON OBJECTIONS
3 ANSWERED

What people usually push back on

"I do not want the house to look like a compound."

Neither do we. Deterrence comes from sightlines, lighting and a single controlled approach far more than from height and spikes. The visible parts get designed with your architect.

"Who on your crew sees the plans?"

A named lead and the installing crew, all vetted, all under agreement. Subcontracted trades are disclosed before they are on site.

"We already have a security firm."

Good. We build the perimeter they monitor. We will take the handoff spec from them and hand the finished system back with documentation.

07 — CASE STUDY
FIELD RESULT

A hillside property in the Santa Monica Mountains

Recurring photographers on the access road and no record of who had been by. We screened the two exposed approaches, moved entry to a single credentialed gate with plate capture at the turn-in, and added monitored voice-down on the blind corners.

09 — FAQS
3 QUESTIONS

High-Profile Individuals FAQs

Will your crew and trucks be discreet?

Unmarked vehicles on request, a fixed crew rather than a rotating one, and no signage left on site.

Can cameras legally cover the street?

A camera on your property can see a public street. What it cannot do is look into a neighbor's private space, so we set fields of view to keep you clear of that.

Will this property appear in your marketing?

No. Nothing is photographed or named without written permission.
