01 — WHAT IT IS
PERIMETER · ENTRY · CAMERAS · SENSORS · RESPONSE

What a physical security assessment actually is

A physical security assessment — also called physical penetration testing or red teaming — is an authorized attempt to get past your property's defenses the way a real intruder would. It isn't a checklist or a camera quote. We probe the perimeter, entry points, cameras, sensors, and response to find the paths that actually work, then document them so they can be closed.

A gate, an alarm, and cameras can create a sense of security that outruns the reality. The only way to know whether your defenses hold is to test them against someone trying to defeat them.

02 — METHODOLOGY
THREAT MODEL FIRST

We test against the adversary you actually face

Every assessment begins by building your threat model: who would target this property, how capable and motivated they are, and what outcome would be unacceptable. Findings are scored against that profile, because the same weakness is minor against an opportunist and critical against someone who has chosen you specifically.

Deterrence
what discourages an attempt before it starts
Delay
what slows a committed intruder
Detection
what senses the attempt in time to matter
Response
what interrupts it before it reaches you

A determined adversary eventually defeats static barriers. What decides the outcome is how quickly you detect and respond, so that is what we pressure-test.

03 — THE DELIVERABLE
CONFIDENTIAL · NDA-BACKED

The deliverable: a confidential security dossier

You receive a detailed written dossier — your threat model, every finding rated by severity, and specific, prioritized remediation with effort and cost tiers. It's written to be read by a security professional and a homeowner alike.

Delivered by secure, access-controlled link, never as a plain email attachment. Findings are treated as strictly confidential, NDA-backed, and retained or destroyed on your instruction.

Every assessment is scoped to your property and threat model, starting at $1,500. If you engage us for the remediation work, the full assessment fee is credited toward it, so the assessment pays for itself when you move forward.

06 — HOW WE OPERATE
AUTHORIZED ONLY

How we operate

We conduct authorized assessments only. Before any work begins, we require proof of ownership or documented authority to commission testing, a signed scope and rules of engagement, and a mutual NDA. It is how a legitimate operator protects a client, and how you know your findings never leave a controlled channel.

07 — NEXT STEP
ASSESS · THEN HARDEN

From findings to a hardened property

An assessment stands on its own; the dossier is yours to act on however you choose. When you're ready to close the gaps, we design and install the fix: automated gates, access control, surveillance, video intercom, and the network infrastructure behind them. One team assesses, then hardens, with no handoffs and no gaps.

09 — FAQ
06 QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a regular home security consultation?

A consultation reviews what you have and suggests products. An assessment tests your property against a real intrusion attempt and reports the paths that actually work, scored against the specific adversary you face.

Do you actually attempt to get in?

Yes, within a scope you approve in advance. We test physical entry the way an intruder would, under written rules of engagement that define what is in and out of bounds.

Is the assessment confidential?

Entirely. Work is NDA-backed, findings are handled on a need-to-know basis, and the dossier is delivered by secure, access-controlled link and retained or destroyed on your instruction.

What does it cost?

Assessments are scoped to the property and threat model, starting at $1,500. If you engage us for the remediation, the full fee is credited toward that work.

Do you work with businesses and HOAs, or only homes?

Both. We assess private estates, HOAs, and commercial properties across greater Los Angeles.

What do you need from me before starting?

Proof of ownership or documented authority to commission testing, a signed scope and rules of engagement, and a mutual NDA.
