TERMS OF USE

Terms of use

LAST UPDATED AUGUST 27, 2026

01 — Using this site

This website is operated by Veritas Access Solutions (CSLB #1042768). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

02 — Information is not an offer

Service descriptions, specifications, process steps and any figures on this site are general information, not a quote or a binding offer. Pricing is scoped to your property after a site visit and is provided in a written, itemized estimate. Nothing on this site creates a contract for work.

03 — Estimates and assessments

A free estimate prices work you request. A paid Physical Security Assessment is performed only under a signed scope, written rules of engagement, and proof of ownership or authority to commission testing. Assessment findings are confidential and governed by the separate agreement for that engagement.

04 — Intellectual property

The site's text, layout, graphics, the Veritas name and wordmark, and photographs of our work are owned by Veritas Access Solutions or used with permission. Do not copy, republish or reuse them without written consent.

05 — Third-party links

Links to review profiles, partners and other outside sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

06 — No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veritas Access Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. This does not limit any warranty or obligation in a signed contract for services.

07 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to the site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Los Angeles County, California.

08 — Contact

Veritas Access Solutions, 27240 Turnberry Lane, Suite 200, Valencia, CA 91355. Phone 661-605-3266. Email veritasaccesssolutions@gmail.com.

These terms are a standard template for transparency and are not legal advice. Have them reviewed by counsel before relying on them.
